Refund and Returns Policy

At Bluesiers, we want you to love your custom-made gear. However, if there’s an issue with the quality or a printing error, we’ve got your back with our 14-day return policy. Please read below for details on how to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item has a printing error (incorrect design, print misalignment, etc.)
- The product arrives damaged or with a defect
Please note: Since all our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check the sizing chart before placing your order!
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start the return process, please contact us at Bluesiers@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defective or misprinted item
Once we receive your request, we will review it and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, we’ll provide further instructions for the return or replacement process.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the return has been processed, approved, and the item has been returned. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items without a clear defect or printing error
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Products damaged by improper care or handling after delivery
